Reverse Hand-to-Hand – Intermediate
Ready to take your hand-to-hand skills to the next level? This 4-week intermediate cycle dives into the dynamic art of Reverse Hand-to-Hand, moving from L-base into standing with control, flow, and confidence.
Each week builds progressively, giving you space to refine your technique, strengthen your bases and flyers, and explore smooth transitions. We’ll focus on proper weight distribution, timing, spotting strategies, and safe progressions that help both the flyer and the base move from grounded L-base lifts to standing.
Expect plenty of guided practice, partner feedback, and drills designed to improve coordination, balance, and trust. By the end of the cycle, you’ll leave with a clearer sense of your strengths, what to refine, and how to progress with confidence to execute Reverse H2H with ease.

Prerequisites
You should have solid experience with 2-high lifts and some hand-to-hand practice in L-base.
