Description
This 4-week Icarian cycle is for experienced acroyogis who want to work on their dynamic tricks! . Each class builds on the last, helping you strengthen your basics, get some new moves as a flyer and build trust in your skills.
We’ll revisit key tempos and technique, add clear progressions, and spend time refining coordination and timing. The work is steady and detailed but lots of fun. Our teachers will guide you through safe spotting, partner feedback, and drills that make each move more consistent.
You’ll leave each week with a clearer sense of what feels solid and what to keep exploring.

Prerequisites
Reverse Star for flyers. Bases squats with a Flyer in reverse star. Basic understanding of Pops.
