Description
Find Your Balance is a 4-week acroyoga cycle for beginners who want to explore being upside down in a calm, supported, and confidence-building way. If inversions feel exciting and a little intimidating, this class offers a steady, grounded place to start.
We’ll introduce simple inversions and beginner-friendly shapes with lots of support and clear structure. The focus is on control rather than momentum: calm breathing, steady balance, and learning how to trust the connection between partners. No jumping, no rushing—just finesse, awareness, and time to feel what’s happening in the air.
Each week progresses gradually, allowing you to build confidence as skills and comfort grow. You’ll receive clear technical cues, thoughtful spotting, and ongoing feedback to help you feel safe and supported as a base, flyer, or spotter.
Expect a balance of focus and play, challenge and ease. Join us to discover how stability, trust, and a little courage can lift you up.
