Christmas Thai Massage Special - Workshop with Gabe

In this 2.5 hour workshop we will take a journey through the body and the energy system. The aim is to activate the body's natural circulation and self-healing powers and to bring them back into balance. We will focus on elements such as rocking, joint mobilisation, stretching and other valuable relaxation techniques.

This workshop offers you a good mix of movement, stillness and an inward listening, ideal to reflect on this year and to close the old before we start into the new year.

Bring to the class:

• blanket long sleeve 
• comfortable clothes
• Yoga mat

Prerequisites

This Course requires you to have some experience in movement (yoga, acroyoga or any other) and a readiness to think out of the box.
