Summer holidays are here! If you're not on vacation and would like to start or continue with Acroyoga - we got you!

We offer a special Class outside at Josefwiese. If it's bad weather, the class will be cancelled and we will catch it up on the 9th august. If you can't make it to this catch-up class, we will recredit you the money of the missed class. 

It is a multilevel workshop - open for everyone. Our focus is to build, refine and expand your understanding and embodiment of acroyoga. Moreover we love to celebrate the joy of play! The practice is performed mainly in pairs or in groups – you don’t need to bring a partner. This workshop will include assisted inversions, partner acrobatics, therapeutic and acrobatic flying.

It will be a fun and challenging!!

Prerequisites

No previous knowledge in Yoga, Acroyoga or Handstand necessary.
