    Projekt Flash Mob:

1.- You need to imagine this acro sequences as part of a chorus . Different groups do different parts, some might look simple, static, but with 10-20 people they look awesome! If you watch all the videos youll probably get a glance of the bigger picture.

2.- We are going to update or aggregate some moves weekly based on your feedback. Feedback is key. Send a anonymous email or whatever just please don't let us in the dark 😊

3.- Tuesdays at 19.00 we'll hold online meetings . How exactly is to be informed on Saturday 4 of April properly on www.acrolama.com and the usual Zürich Acro and Acroyoga Channels.

Acro Lama is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.

    4.- Keep it safe.

IMPORTANT: Overall have fun! BUT aim to hold the static positions for 20 seconds and being able to do consistently the more dynamic parts.

    Personal motivation:

Nothing can replace being close to each other, moving, touching, playing, but let's prepare for when we can celebrate with each other again!! That's what the flash mob is all about.... aaaaaand make the meanwhile fun.

Exploration of partner movement started in Chile, where he was introduced to Acroyoga in 2015. Since then, acrobatics have become a fascination he feels so passionate about he wanted to share it with everyone.
Finding smart ways to build up and overcome new challenges, learning how to support each other respectfully and giving space for individual rhythm, - those are the cornerstones of his classes.
As a firm believer in what jams and strong communities can offer, one of his main focuses is to help build up the acro association in Zürich.
