💥 WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

This weekend is about getting more comfortable and confident with Icarians (Some standing tricks, to combine with Icarian might be coming :) ). We’ll work on building solid technique, trying new things, understand progressions - all while finding more ease and trust in the work with your partner and spotters. 

💫 What we’ll focus on:

⭐ Clear basics and useful techniques from different Icarian styles
⭐ Different ways to get into skills, including dynamic entries
⭐ Connecting tricks in a way that feels smooth and natural
⭐ How to spot, fall, and train safely

⭐ THE BIG TRICKS ARE GOING TO BE CURATED SO IT FITS INTO OUR SERIES OF ICARIAN WORKSHOPS. No repetition with Duo Furia Icarian Workshop.

We’ll keep things supportive and flexible, so you can work at your own level, try things out, and get feedback along the way.
