💥 WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

This weekend is all about upgrading your icarian skills! You will have the chance to precisely refine your basics and get the feedback you need from Jose and Fer´s expert eyes, so that you can smoothly sail towards the execution of more advanced tricks, supported by a clear understanding of the dynamics involved and - not to be forgotten - life changing spotting technique!   

We will make sure to create a group that is balanced in bases/flyers ratios, so we can easily focus on front tucks, castaway and pirouettes. If you can´t do these tricks, you will learn how to. If you can already do them, you will get to refine them, gaining height, power and precision so you can execute them with progressively less spotting and evolve towards more complex tricks.

💫 What we’ll focus on:

⭐ Clean up your basics so everything else becomes easier
⭐ Understand the technique of front tuck, pirouette and castaway so you actually know what is working and what is not
⭐ How to spot, fall, and train safely

Whatever your level or attitude in training, Fer and Jose are experts at finding the way to bring you to the next level! 

Prerequisites

Absolute essential:
3 consecutive straight throws chair to chair with release

Helpful if you also have experience with:
Bird to chair
Chair to F2F
