Description

Get all the tools you need to start or evolve your acroyoga practice! This 3-hour workshop is wrapped up with strength, flexibility, mobility, and trust exercise.

We will give you different perspectives and ways to improve your personal Acroyoga practice or - if you are a beginner - to start this new movement adventure! We will share surprising insights into how you can use the right technique, lightness, body awareness and confidence in Acroyoga flows. Moreover we will look into inverted positions and work toward a handstand.

This practice brings yoga and acrobatics together and has limitless, playful facets to offer! It is an interesting dive into new forms of movement where your coordination and body awareness will be improved.

There is no guarantee that you will master all the skills taught during this workshop. As always, subsequent practice with your acro partner will make it perfect.

Prerequisites

No previous knowledge in Yoga or Acroyoga necessary

Infos

Fadri

Dottore

Fadri got excited about acrobatics when he was a kid and trained as a gymnast in his home valley Engadin. After several years of not being active in acrobatics, his fascination was re-ignited while he was doing his PhD studies and where he joined Yoga and Acroyoga classes. After finishing his PhD he became a certified Acroyoga Intl teacher. He loves to interact with people, to share his passion for Acroyoga (and other sports, outdoor activities, music, and robotics), and work with everyone on fine tuning acrobatic techniques.

Adrian

Toaster

Exploration of partner movement started in Chile, where he was introduced to Acroyoga in 2015. Since then, acrobatics have become a fascination he feels so passionate about he wanted to share it with everyone.
Finding smart ways to build up and overcome new challenges, learning how to support each other respectfully and giving space for individual rhythm, - those are the cornerstones of his classes.
As a firm believer in what jams and strong communities can offer, one of his main focuses is to help build up the acro association in Zürich.
