Get ready to embark on an exciting journey! You’re about to step outside of your comfort zone and feel proud for trying something new. Acroyoga isn’t just a movement practice—it’s an experience that enhances communication, builds confidence, and sparks creativity.

In these four classes, you'll be introduced to essential tools and effective learning strategies to kickstart your Acroyoga journey. Even if it's your first time, you’ll be amazed by how much you can accomplish. You'll learn techniques that make the practice feel effortless and discover your true strength.

You’ll start with static poses, gradually linking them together. By the end, you’ll have a solid grasp of short Acroyoga sequences and an understanding of the key roles: "flying," "basing," and "spotting."

In this beginners’ class, you’ll be surrounded by other newcomers, with Gabe guiding you step by step through the process.

Expect fun and fresh poses at every turn!

 

Classes include:
Coaching in L-basing technique, transitions, flows, washing machines, sequences, inversions, foundations and drills. Flexibility or therapeutics in the end to finish the class. 

Prerequisites

No previous knowledge in Yoga, Acroyoga or Handstand necessary.
