Description

Here comes a new Standing Acro Cycle! 4 classes for experts and newcomers. Attending standing classes in previous Cycles is an advantage but always a good opportunity to jump in. Limited spots!

We practise the elements on the floor first and bring them to standing once. If you've had enough of Acroyoga Washing Machines and are looking for a new challenge, this Standing Acro Class is for you.

Depending on registrations, we will have definitely different levels. We try to include what we have learnt in the previous classes before the summerbreak, but we also want it to be a learning experience for the new participants who are attending the classes for the first time. Acrobatics inspiration for beginners, intermediate and advanced level!

Even newbies have the opportunity to feel comfortable here. Standing Acro is something completely different from Acroyoga flows. We also have space for experienced acrobats. Come with your trick and we'll work on it!

We don't just prepare you for static, beautiful standing acro postures. We want to prepare you for dynamic skills which require a longer training. Join us - we are looking forward to this Cycle!

Prerequisites

We recommend to come with your Acro Partner. But can try to match you up.

Infos

Fadri

Dottore

Fadri got excited about acrobatics when he was a kid and trained as a gymnast in his home valley Engadin. After several years of not being active in acrobatics, his fascination was re-ignited while he was doing his PhD studies and where he joined Yoga and Acroyoga classes. After finishing his PhD he became a certified Acroyoga Intl teacher. He loves to interact with people, to share his passion for Acroyoga (and other sports, outdoor activities, music, and robotics), and work with everyone on fine tuning acrobatic techniques.
