Description
Get ready for an exciting new journey! You’ll be proud of yourself for stepping out of your comfort zone and trying something new. Acroyoga is far more than just movement; it’s an enriching practice that boosts communication, confidence, and creativity.
In these four classes, you’ll receive the best tools and strategies to help you start your Acroyoga practice. Even as a beginner, you’ll be amazed by how much you can achieve. The techniques you’ll learn will make everything feel approachable, and you'll discover how strong you truly are.
You'll start with static positions and gradually learn how to connect them. By the end, you’ll have a solid understanding of short Acroyoga sequences and the key roles of "flying," "basing," and "spotting."
What makes this beginners' class special is that you’ll be learning alongside others who are new to Acroyoga, with Gabe guiding you every step of the way.
Exciting and fun new poses are just around the corner!
Classes include:
Coaching in L-basing technique, transitions, flows, washing machines, sequences, inversions, foundations and drills. Flexibility or therapeutics in the end to finish the class.
